The beautiful sandstone venue can accommodate 180 guests on natural wood finished tables. Soft drapes, fairy lights and chandeliers add a classic country charm to this restored wool shed.
Choose between an enchanted forest on the banks of the river or a covered airy chapel with a majestic mountain backdrop, both are perfect places to say your “I do’s”.
The venue is spread over two levels. The spacious upper level is exclusively used for the reception and dance floor. A covered stoep allows guest to take a breather and enjoy the cool night air.
The intimate lower level hosts the post ceremony canapes and drinks, bar and ablution facilities. A covered stoep spills out onto a lawn where guests can enjoy the scenic views. Friday evening get-together and Sunday morning breakfast are also hosted on the lower level.
We offer accommodation for 18 people on site, a further 22 people can be accommodated on the neighbouring farm less than 3km away. Ample accommodation is available in Lady Grey and surrounds. A shuttle service to and from town to the venue can be arranged. We offer exclusive use of the venue for the weekend.
